Sheila Blanding
Adult Nurse Practitioner

Ms. Sheila Blanding has been in practice at Primary Care Nursing Service since 2002. However, she is no stranger to the DMC. She has been a part of the DMC family since prior to finishing her undergraduate nursing education at Wayne State University (WSU) in 1990. She earned her graduate degree in nursing at Michigan State University, in East Lansing Michigan in 1997 specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is certified by the ANCC as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her special interests include women’s health care and education of the young adult population regarding health promotion and disease prevention.
